Areas of Practice

Cohabitation/Marriage Agreements, Separation Agreements

We can assist with negotiating and preparing agreements to help you resolve your differences and move forward. Marriage and Cohabitation agreements can prevent future disputes, and Separation agreements are an alternative to the lengthy court process.

Collaborative Family Law

During the collaborative process, the parties and their lawyers work together outside of the court to reach a resolution. Our firm is trained in collaborative law to represent and advise you throughout the entire process.

Provincial Court proceedings

In addition to Family law, we can also assist you if you have been charged with a summary conviction offense. Our lawyers will work diligently to defend your case and protect your legal rights.

Supreme Court proceedings

When you cannot come to an agreement to settle a dispute, going to court may be the best option. Our lawyers have experience in family and civil litigation, and provide representation at all levels of court.

Family Mediation

We are experienced to deal with all matters that arise from the beginning of a new relationship or the end of one. These matters include parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and asset and property division.

Parenting Coordination

This service can be useful for parents who already have in place a parenting plan, or other permanent arrangements for custody or access. Parenting Coordination offers direction using a less adversarial, less expensive resolution process.
